I am Shelley Newbon and I run a diverse business. I am both a Virtual Personal Assistant and an Artist!

I work from where ever I happen to be in the world, mostly thats from my computer - but I say this as I am also an aritst and love going on adventures to inspire me! 

I have the unique qualties of both the "dreamer" and the "Realist".
 

• What does this mean and how can this be of use to you? 
   

This type of mindset allows me to be the angel sitting on my clients shoulder, caring for all their daily administration's tasks, bespoke projects, events and appointments. It allows me to come up with interesting and new Ideas, techniqes and can problem solve more effectivly than say a stoic textbook mindset would allow.

Although, I do have my own Mental Health Issues and they have been a challenge at times, I believe that I have walked this path for a reason. As such, I have chosen to turn what was a negative into a postive.  I have Borderline Personality Disorder, Anxiety and Clinical Depression. I know who I am, where I am going what I want and need from life. Because of walking this path it has given me a chance at enlightenment. I have become an advocate for Postive Mental Health Awareness, work with others like me. Help to explain to others what it means to live like me and help others find solutions to better coping stratagies. Yes, this is a challenge, but its not the end;
